Connections Second Harvest

Someone heard about a opportunity (Johnand Irene Vandersteen),
someone else made a call (Mike and Jean Talsma),
someone started spreading the word (Robin Saylor),
others began to help (like the Tigchelaars),
one guy made the coolest request form online (Will Beldman),

and the next thing you know,
HUNDREDS of families are being blessed!
Here are just a few of the reports we've received this week...

My name is Pat Finch...First let me congratulate you on this amazing ministry, one that will impact so many families right here in our own London community. Our Agency has a dedicated team - The High Risk Infant Team - who are a team of social workers who support and work with mom's and families whose infants have been identified to be at risk. This could be for a number of reasons - health, finances, parenting capacity etc.. On so many occasions the families struggle to provide the basics, like diapers and wipes.

I am so excited !! We run an emergency diaper and baby food bank and it will greatly help out and ensuring that people are getting things they need.

We have both residential programs, day programs where children stay with us as well as supervised access, early years centre, and parent and children's education programs. We help more than 7,000 families each year so whatever you can give us will be a huge help.

Thanks again for your donations to Merrymount Children's Centre. We are so grateful for these much needed items! As promised I've also attached some background info about our family support and crisis centre.
