I think I'm going to chunk!

Chunking.
No, it's not slang for throwing-up.
(And thank you Kevin MacGregor for teaching us this new word.)

"Chunking" is how we are approaching our ministry teams-
We are taking each area of ministry at Connections, and breaking it down; into its essential parts.
Then, each "chunk" essentially becomes its own team.

So here's a draft of our newly "chunked" ministry team structure...

Sunday Service Teams

Worship Teams: Lead by Nathan Birtch, Evan Fletcher and Mike Fluit
Sound Board: David Sheldrick
Media: Evan Fletcher and Andrew Kabbes
Set Design: Sophie Sheldrick

FaST (Facility Set-up Team) and Lighting: John Vandersteen

FIT (First Impressions Team): Kevin MacGregor
Kevin is working on "chunking" the FIT into:

   Theatre Greeters
   Theatre Ushers

Family Ministry: Sarah DeVries
Sarah is looking for team leaders for each classroom:
